This policy explains how DokaanDigit (app.dokaandigit.com and admin.dokaandigit.com) uses cookies and similar local storage technologies.
1. What We Use
As a Progressive Web App, DokaanDigit primarily relies on browser-based local storage (IndexedDB) to enable offline functionality, in addition to standard cookies for session management on our web-based Admin Panel.

2. IndexedDB & Offline Data
Unlike standard cookies, IndexedDB data used for DokaanDigit's offline mode may contain actual business data (pending sales entries, draft invoices) temporarily, until it is synchronized with our secure servers. This data is cleared from local storage automatically once synchronization is confirmed successful.
3. Managing Cookies & Local Storage
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that clearing browser storage/cache while offline may result in loss of unsynchronized data entries. We recommend maintaining an internet connection periodically to ensure your data is safely backed up to our servers.
4. Cookie Consent
On first use, you will be presented with a cookie/storage consent notice. Strictly Necessary cookies and IndexedDB storage (required for the App's core offline functionality) cannot be disabled while using the Service. You may manage optional Analytics cookie consent via Settings.
